Ok let’s get the first thing out of the way, the Wintergreen Desktop PC does not come with an operating system, but come on what do you expect for a very cheap PC. IF you just use a computer for normal day-to-day use and maybe for business use then this computer is your answer, Ddon’t try to give it more than it can handle though as the Wintergreen Desktop PC only has basic hardware.
