People having been complaining for years about how fragile their computers are, the problem is manufacturers have made these computers on the assumption that most users will be using their computers in a clean working environment. However, these days this is not the case, as more and more people use them in all kinds of jobs, the working environment gets more demanding.

So this call for a new design and thee Mac Mini has the answer, they have designed the cases with a rough look, although not very pretty to look at it is very tough. VictorSystems are the company that make the Mac Mini to order, the inside is still the same but it’s when you get to the outside that things change.

The frame is made from aluminium, with rails that extrude, to help things keep cool inside there is are finned heat sinks. To finish of this rough and ready design are wrought plate covers. It’s not just the Mac Mini that gets this tough makeover, all the peripherals that you want to connect to the minicomputer have been giving the tough treatment too.
